Inspiring children through art delivering after School Art Classes to Primary Schools Brighton, Sussex.

04-2001 Art Therapist. “Make Your Mark” – Derry, Northern Ireland.

Working therapeutically using Art with children experiencing trauma, bereavement and special needs.  Offering induction training and workshops to schools hospitals, hospices and social work services.  Duties included workshop facilitation, training design and delivery, client liaison and report writing.

09-2000 Visiting Lecturer, Glasgow University Adult Education, Scotland. Introduction to Art Therapy

01-1998 Professor of Fine Arts. St. George’s University, School of Arts and Sciences, Grenada, West Indies.

Developed and taught a curriculum for the Fine Arts, including; Introduction to Fine Arts I and Fine Arts II, Mixed Media, Sculpture I and II, and Arts in the Caring Profession.

Special projects included four major student art exhibitions, the creation of murals in the Children’s ward of the General Hospital and St. George’s University campus, and seminars for police and nurses on the importance of creativity in helping children cope with trauma.
